You have 2 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at Call/WhatsApp - 8779629073 or email - email@example.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed.
For orders with partial/advance payments, the refunded amount will be credited to your wallet, which can be used for your next order. Please note that any transaction charges are not refundable.
If you select the delivery option as pickup and later decide to cancel your order, the refund amount will be credited to your wallet as well.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item. The refund amount will be the original purchase price minus a restocking fee, which may be 50% of the purchase price or a flat amount of 200, depending on the lower fee. This fee is charged to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
